SVT Enhances Customer Focus, Hiring John Grady as Vice President of Customer Experience

SVT has hired on John Grady to the team to head up the Service Department while working alongside of the Business Development team in order for SVT to continue providing the ultimate customer experience.

Grady joins SVT with over 30 years of experience working with customer experience. John worked for CareTech Solutions as their Director of Service Desk Operations and quickly became their Senior Director of Service Desk Operations where he led the team that provides Clinical and Technical support of Hospitals across the United States.
