With this transaction complete, SVT adds to their portfolio low-voltage cabling, audio visual and physical security solutions divisions that Secant has developed over the past 30 years. SVT was already recognized as a top 50 integrator in the country and this acquisition will propel them to an even higher ranking in 2019 creating one of the largest Michigan based National Providers of Technology Solutions and Services.
