Job Summary

The Opportunity Success Manager’s primary objective is to validate opportunities to increase SVT’s productivity and revenue. Conducts market research in order to profile customers and determine revenue potential. Works closely with Sales and Marketing department, Solutions Architects and Engineering to achieve established company objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conducts market research, profiles customers/vendors, makes presentations and participates in sales calls and marketing events to establish customers and determine market segment revenue potential. Research market conditions to determine potential sales of assigned technology products. Ensure the viability of inbound requests for quotes and pre-sales support to direct sellers and solution architects. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up. Schedule meetings and coordinate presales activities with sellers and solutions architects. Assumes an advising role and leverages advanced technological expertise to achieve specific sales goals in the assigned market. Participates, develops and/or supports SVT marketing activities, trade shows & events as assigned. Keeps Management informed by submitting activity and results using the firm’s designated tools. Maintains current Company, customer, technical and professional knowledge. Performs additional duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree
